Navi Mumbai District YPE Youth Fellowship and Joint Worship Service

Navi Mumbai: The YPE Department of the Church of God in India, Navi Mumbai District, organized a blessed Youth Fellowship and Joint Worship Service on August 2 at the Church of God, Nerul. Regional YPE Director Pastor Shinju Thomas attended the gathering as the chief guest and keynote speaker.

The meeting was presided over by Pastor Jixen James, District YPE President, and commenced with an opening prayer by Pastor Kunjumon Joseph. Jerin, District YPE Secretary, extended a warm welcome to the gathering. The Nerul Church Youth Choir then led the congregation in a time of inspiring worship through special songs. The ice-breaking sessions were conducted by Sister Shruthi Prince and Sister Merin, while Brother Sudheer Danki and Brother Bibin K. led the congregation in special prayer.

In his presidential address, Pastor Jixen James, based on 1 John 2:14, encouraged the youth by emphasizing that those who allow God’s Word to dwell in their hearts will become spiritually strong, overcome the evil one, and live victorious Christian lives.

Delivering the keynote message from 1 John 1:1–2, Pastor Shinju Thomas challenged the younger generation to experience the presence of God personally, grow deeper in their relationship with Him, and shine in the world as living witnesses of Jesus Christ.

District Pastor Mathew Samuel spoke on the importance of Christian youth fellowship in today’s world and stressed the need for young people to remain deeply committed to the Church and to the Word of God.

The meeting concluded with a closing prayer by Pastor Binos Baby.

The enthusiastic participation of young people and ministers from various churches across the Navi Mumbai District brought spiritual encouragement, unity, and renewed enthusiasm to the gathering. The organizers expressed their confidence that the fellowship would serve as a fresh inspiration for the spiritual growth of the youth and strengthen their commitment to united ministry and service.
